Experienced banking executive with 17+ years in the sector, skilled in Portfolio Management, Transaction banking & Cash management, Retail Banking, and Credit. Currently CEO at Cinnamon Solutions, previously led banking operations at ABSA, NCBA, Postbank, and KCB.

Chartered CFO with 20 years’ experience in business growth, financial management and governance. Currently Head of Finance and Accounts at Bayport Financial Services Uganda with a proven record managing budgets over USD 60M, leading teams and streamlining operations. Awarded CFO of the Year 2017.

With 28+ years of IT leadership, James Kizza holds an MSc in Computer Science (Distinction) and a BSc in Statistics. He is certified in IT Business Management and Disaster Recovery. He previously served as Head of IT at URA and Director of Digital Solutions & Data Capability at UBOS. His expertise spans digital transformation, modern system implementation and cybersecurity, delivering strategic, results-driven impact.
Dr. Grace Stuart Ndyareeba

Has over 30 years of experience in finance, banking, corporate governance, and risk management. Responsible for daily operations, product development, and technology strategy. Holds a PhD in Business Administration, a Masters in Development Economics, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
